HOW TO ORDER

1. Email us at cloudaine@gmail.com with the following details:

Item Name

Mailing Address

Your Name

Mail Type: Normal / Registered

Is Your Blog/Blogshop Linked To Ours? Yes / No
If yes, please indicate url. (Free normal postage for you)

2. Do give us some time to process all the mails coming in. Once we've corresponded and confirmed the order, we will email you an invoice.

3. Payment is to be made via ATM funds transfer to POSB Savings Account 118-97712-2, within 24 hours upon issuance of an invoice. Always wait for our invoice before transferring your payment to us.

4. Upon payment, please email us a clear snap shot or scanned copy of the transaction receipt. Please keep the receipt until your payment is acknowledged.

5. Once we've verified your payment and emailed you an acknowledgement, we will mail out the
item(s) to you within 24 hours.

POSTAGE CHARGES

Normal Postage: S$1.50 for 1 item, additional 50 cents for every add-on item
Registered mail: S$2.25 for 1 item, additional 50 cents for every add-on item
Registered mail is always encouraged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items displayed on this blog are secondhand items in mint condition.

2. Prices are non-negotiable.

3. We do not do swapping.

4. No reservations are allowed. Items are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

5. We will not be held responsible for any loss/damage of mailed items should you not opt for registered mail.

6. We reserve the rights to make changes to our Terms & Conditions from time to time.
